Are you considering getting more active?  We would like to help by providing you with a FREE waterbottle.  Feel free to drop into the practice and collect a waterbottle from our reception.  (Limit one per person)

 

We can also provide a range of products and services to ensure you do things the right way and prevent an injury.  This includes musculo-skeletal screening assessment, cold packs, stretch handbooks and the Ocean Wave dry hydrotherapy massage bed.
